Bio-StrikeTM is a safety switch built into CAR-T. This switch can be triggered by administration of an antibody if the patient develops serious toxicity from CAR-T such as cytokine release syndrome, off-target effects, or secondary malignancies arising from the genetically modified T cells. The antibody signals rapid elimination of the CAR-T.
